strange marketing observation from a 'guru'

firstly i hate the word guru now, i shouldn't because im Indian and its an Indian word, but anyways...

so i googled mass control and saw this http://www.masscontrolsite.com

from what i've seen from this site and from the internet marketing world in general is that list building is one of the most powerful things you can do and people want to just keep building and building, which is why I found it strange that not only is Frank Kern not actively list building, but he's turning people away!

i'm already on Franks list but was interested to know what you guys think as to why hes done this

To build a feeling of good trust, and to make him seem respectable.

From what I have heard he is respectable, but this is the consequence of it.

It's some lame ass attempt at creating curiosity and generating a "buzz"..

You just perpetuated this and played right into his hands by starting a thread here about it. Now people are gonna go to that site just to be turned away...

There is some other guy that does it occasionally, too.. Micky Fil somethin'

p.s. On a more serious note(?), it's much easier to stop building a list and segment it every now and again once it gets big... segmenting a xxxK list that increases by the hour is more difficult than just clipping the set list..
