Need DL Guard Help: How To Set Up Downsell After Upsell?

Hi,

I have a question about DLguard.
I have an upsell as one time offer.

I want to set up another downsell after the upsell.

How do I do that?

The only way I have figured out is to modify the templates. Just make a custom template with your upsell on it and position the DLG download link at the bottom of the page.

Now to go from upsell to a downsell, I have to think about. I really don't think DLG is designed for the upsell/downsell thing. I would love for someone to correct me if I am wrong though.

I've done custom jobs like this for clients, if you're interested in me setting this up (or it can be done by any good programmer).

Having said that, when I release DLGuard Pro, it has OTO/Upsell/Downsells built in, so you can chain as many together as you wish!

(I don't yet have a date, but it's coming along well!)

I'm looking to do some extra updates to the PDC integration, so yes, I'll look at the coupons too!

Hi John,

I don't have instructions in the DLGuard forum to create upsells for Paypal, as it does need some programming knowledge. There's a free script I give away for Clickbank, but for systems like Paypal it's a little more involved.

So the built-in integration coming out in Pro may be more what you're after!

Thanks for the interest in Pro! I've learned the hard way not to give out estimated release dates, as I'm alway a big believer in releasing a product when it's ready to exceed expectations. The good news (for you) is I've been putting a lot of long hours into it, and it's coming along nicely. The target is to continue (what I believe) is a combination of ease of use, but power and flexability that I've tried to put into ever DLGuard version.

Hi Guys,

I have setup it for a client, all you have to do is play with the templates.. Its really easy and don't think any plugin is required unless you want to handle it through admin
