|  Paypal Gone Crazy?
This is not a typical Paypal rant. I've seen this with my own eyes, from friend's monitor: A friend of mine has a Paypal account, he can't use his legitimate address because his country is not supported by Paypal. So, he uses the account for some time (years actually) and they limit the account eventually. He can't withdraw or send any money until he sends the documents to confirm his identity, his address etc. He just gives up and doesn't send anything. After half of year (or a bit more) Paypal sends an email where they thank him for sending all the documents(?!), he can use the Paypal again (uses it without any problems for weeks now). Does this sound like a financial institution? Doesn't sound like an easy mistake to do to me. |
