Licensing Blog Network

I am just starting to create a blog network for my members to post articles to but before i spend too much time I thought I should ask...

Has anyone heard of anyone licencing a blog network?? Or anyone with a blog network who would want several hundred new blogs to post to in return for access ?

Just thought asking was worth a shot!

I have heard of people setting up a large blog network and hiring individuals to update each of the blogs and in return they share the profit that each blog makes. For example say you have 100 blogs and 100 people updating 1 blog each, you could give them 40% of what that blog makes in revenue and you keep 60%. This way your entire blog network is fully automated and you don't have to do a thing and all your content is unique.

Thanks for the suggestion but revenue doesn't come into this. The ideal solution for me is a network where members can post their articles , Does anyone know of software like 1waylinks , my article network etc available for sale?
