DirectoryBot Help! Error Code. Do You Have This Problem?

I just bought Directorybot from incansoft a couple days ago and used it for the first time yesterday. I added 5 of my sites and then clicked submit.

Instead of rotating through all 5 account submissions automatically like it's supposed to, it gives me this error:

"An item with the same key has already been added. Then, after it submits one URL, it doesn't go to the next URL to automatically submit it."

I'm asking for you all's help because I emailed incansoft and they don't respond and this is bugging the heck out of me.

Please help if you have this problem and know how to fix it?
