Paypal payment info ...

Hi,

I will be haveing sites that I will be using
paypal as payment.

However, I am a bit stuck here.

1. When a payment is made, do I need
to firstly send them (customers) to the
download page or the thank you page.

2. With that in mind(I know this may sound
like a daft question) but are there any templates
I can use, I mean what to say or a ready made
software that can do this? With wordings and
your download link to it?

3. Also is there a guide that can use you how
to set up a paypal payment link to your site.

Please advice.

I use a number of things to accomplish this:

1. For my low-price front-end guides, I use $7 Secrets or RAP script. This automatically sends the buyer to a download page. It also has the added benefit of letting affiliates easily promote for you, at 100% commission (therefore, only used on front-end products).

2. For other products I use DL Guard. Again, automatically delivers product. Also, great support from our own Sam Stephens.

3. Of late (but this is a little more advanced) I use 1 Shopping Cart to control a plethora of products.

It is a nice and easy way to get your Paypal products up and going - DLGuard creates the payment link, download page, and download links for you (and does it all securely), so it'll save you a tonne of time and frustration.
