Ezinearticles has more staying power. They kiss Google's butt more than GA.

Allen

Just another new article directory.

I agree with James...

But I would say that Ezine has more staying power. But it also has a lot to do with how well you backlink your articles

I do agree to a degree. But ranking an article at a article directory is much quicker then ranking a new website. And obviously ranking your own website is the best option. And i can rank an article better and quicker for more competitive keywords.

But to actually answer your question. And i can only answer with my own experiences. I would choose ezinearticles. The reason why is i get a better click through rate there. Although goarticles do rank quicker, not a whole lot quicker. Ezinearticles better CTR is far better in the long run once you get ranked. But it's open to peoples experiences. And everybody is different.

Certainly you'll want the best content on your site, but EZA has had a long lasting relationship with G, I don't see that changing in the near future. They are excellent for getting things indexed, plus some good organic traffic.

Reserved for something coming soon.

Exactly, if you build those links to your site you will be in top position. I have no idea why people think it is so hard to get and keep top positions when it really is not.

Ok you may not hit #1 instantly but you certainly can get your site on that first page and pretty easily, even if it is a new site.

Nothing wrong with building backlinks to your articles but the majority should be to your site...
