looking for mentor/partners

Not sure whether this is the right place for my post.
Brief intro about myself, I have been associated with internet marketing since 2003, but more on technical side, such as adware bundling with my own softwares, P2P traffic monetization through CPL/CPM/CPS etc. and did made some good money.
Now I want to get more involved in the IM business area, such as media buying, email marketing and all the other good stuff I read in this forum. Just the information here a bit too much for me right at the moment, and im not sure where to start. SO...................
I am looking for mentor/partners, who is successful in the areas I mentioned above and willing to share.
What I can contribute/paypack:
1. I have a very capable technical team, so they come in handy in case you need, free of charge for most of the stuff.
2. I can pay you for your tutoring, or rev.share with you on our project.
3. My team are based in China, and have convenient access to lots of resource, from IT development to manufactured stuff, which we can partner on in the long run
