Is there a template that does this?

I was just watching some of the Eben Pagan content for his Ignition launch coming up, and I like his ultra simple website where it's all located.

Is there a wordpress template (or a non wp template) that creates this look and functionality? Just a nice placeholder for a video and a simple menu for new additions:
