Which Countdown Timer Script Does This?

I am looking for a countdown timer script/software that displays in date format, i.e 1d,12h,3m,32secs which will then display a certain price for that period. Once the countdown has reached zero it will display a higher price automatically..

This needs to be linked to paypal.. I am thinking for both prices I am going to have to create two seperate order links for paypap to reckonige it..

I have seen some that display 4hr hours on the timer no matter when you look it at.. This is in correct.. Lets say I set on from Saturday and run it for seven days. I dont want someone to come on the Tuesday and still get to see the 7 days..


I have also seen one that works only when you look at the salespage once.. If you come back to the same salespage it will automatically take you to the higher price.. Again this is in correct. I need the higher price to be shown when the countdown timer has reacher zero..


Also while I am thinking on. What if I want to display a limited qunatity amount but still for seven days.. So lets says

For the next 7 days you can get Auto Blogger (name of product) for $4.99. Only 99 copies will be sold at this price. So when the countdown day timer or quantity has reached zero it displays higher price..
