WordPress Direct or WordPress.org -- Which do you prefer?

I participated in Ed Dale's 30-day challenge and installed WordPress Direct on my WordPress.org blog. I did not upgrade after the challenge and I'm not sure if I want to continue using it.

Is there anything I need to know BEFORE I uninstall it??? Thanks!

For a Noob, Installing Wordpress with WPD is sooo easy, and here comes the feature that i like: With the WP direct interface, you have one central location to manage all blogs. Is Great when you start to expand and have many sites/niches. You manage all from One central location.
Think twice before uninstalling it.
