I've seen it somewhere, just can't remember where.

It has a collection of ads that are believed to have the highest CTR.

I remember one of them was something like

"33 lies about blah blah
You Should Know blah"

to invoke the fear of loss.

BTW, you can also search swipe file on copywriting power
words that will be useful for your adwords campaign.
