FTC Rule Change In Dec.- Please Help

I'm a newbie at this and I'm hearing alot about the FTC Rule change in Dec. can someone please tell me what this is or where I could read more about it? How will it affect the IM industry?

You have to look up the threads using federal trade commission as "FTC" is too short. One good thread

Something is going to have to give here because the testimonial aspect is way too far reaching. TV ads, magazine ads, websites, who doesn't use testimonials?
