Ooops - Has This Happened To Anyone Else...

Logged onto my Articlesphere account and all 43 articles which I have submitted over the months are gone

Gave it a couple of days, logged in again and they're still not there

Not happy!

Anyone else had issues like this with them or is it just me?

      No mate, not yet but I obviously will be doing. I'm so annoyed!!

      Do you have an email address for them? My email system is playing up at moment which is another issue I have

    Hi

    Appreciated but when I click on the "contact us via email" link, my computer is trying to open up an email account which I haven't used for ages and one which I cannot configure.

    Do you have the actual address so I can go from there?

    James - just RIGHT click on the link, copy mail address, paste into address field of new email.

    Great......Here is the response:

    Hi James,

    Thanks for writing.

    The problem was caused by the webhost upgrading the MySQL Server recently resulting in
    some articles being corrupted and had to be deleted. We believe yours are among those
    articles affected.

    Please re-submit and we'll have them published asap.

    We're sorry that this had happened which was beyond our control.

    Wow, guess I'll take your experience as a lesson to ALWAYS keep backups of my articles offline lol. At least they'll let you re-submit 'em though...
