Default Ebay Hunt

Ebay has asked me to give up one of my web sites because it contains the Ebay trademark within the domain, or face legal action.

What would you do?

Not really, you can't even stand the heat. They have too much power. Give it up, move on, you'll be happier.

Definitely don't even try, if you are infringing on their Trademark in anyway, let it go. However, it would not hurt to ask them to purchase it from you for the same cost you paid.

All the best

Sean

Don`t suppose theirs any thing you can do but remove them and change domain, as if ebay aren`t making enough money without picking on the small people.

As the others said, better get rid of it. And don't sell it to another person.

Search online and you'll find numerous sample cases of it, especially when
it comes to eBay.

What exactly is the domain name? Without knowing that anyone's opinion is meaningless.
