A while back without really thinking about it I purchased a domain name that included the full word "WordPress" within it. I've been sweating about it ever since, especially after reading a number of recent posts regarding trademark and copyright infringement. And in the U.K. too, Steve. After all, that's where the U.S. got its concepts of trademark from. The U.S. just happens to have more aggressive parties on that. |

| Not really. Subdomains are just like folders. You can't be sued for naming a folder. I've got a few domains with "wp" in them, refering to Wordpress. Didn't know they actually recommended that, but assumed it would be the case. |
