Could someone please tell me if Harris Fellman's "Coup De Twitter" is an e-book, video course, or both?

Hi Tracy,

I have studied Harris's CdT (aka 'Twinja') course & have to say i found it very thorough.
The course comprises LOADS of videos (some quite lengthy), a downloadable workbook containing a detailed suggested Daily Plan of Action & several bonuses too.
