All in One upgrade stalling for anyone else?

On some of my WP installs, I often see a notice that a plug in upgrade is available. There is a new All In One SEO upgrade but it stalls for some of my blogs.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I fear it also has to do with the latest versions of WP (the core)

Should I upgrade the version of WP (when a new one comes out) BEFORE I upgrade individual plugins?

Do you think the owners of the plugin (semperfiwebdesign) is wanting us to pay the donation if we want it to work?

I wouldn't think so... is any one else having problems like this?

    I've upgraded few of my blogs over the weekend and I've had no problems with All in One or the new WP upgrade (yet).

    It seems that I got stuck on one upgrade but it had fixed itself and didn't look like your issue.

    In all cases I upgraded the WP first, then all the plugins.
