Come up with a creative offer to present to some
info marketers who often use video on their sites/
blogs. Example: If you find a marketer who has
some great video content on their website and
you offer to transcribe a few videos and turn them
into a nice report for them to use as they with.

Charge $150. Go to Elance.com. Post the project
and that it's needed to be completed ASAP. Pay
someone $40 to transcribe the videos, you get it
back, spend a few minutes tweaking the report,
add some visual elements, and send it over to
the marketer.

They can then sell the report, give it away as
a bonus, or give it to their list at no cost as a
nice gesture. And who knows, doing a few of
these a day could be the start of a nice side
income for someone testing the IM waters.
