Newbie launch

Well after teachng myself IM from scratch, reading heaps, buying more than I should have, although they all start saying the same thing after a while so I have stopped buying, I have finished building my first web site. Will keep adding posts of course. I am writing articles and posting them on article directories every day, found a few forums where I can leave my link, and anything else I can think of. This is a web site built by a self taught so would appreciate any advice if I have missed something or my plan is wrong. www.thinfoodfast.com.

    I would change the color of your website and lose the Adsense ads.

    Go for a simple wordpress theme.

    Also the text is too small to read..

      Add a sig and add your website URL instead of posting it in your post.

      This way no one can say your spamming and you also get more people seeing your website the more you post.

      I would pay some one to make your blog look better. Maybe get yourself over to elance.com and pay a pro to sort it out for you.

        Change the order of the page meta title - keywords should go first, not the URL
        Get rid of Adsense
        Increase text size one or two points.
        Get rid of register/login unless you're actually taking registrations.
        The colour looks a bit dowdy
        Download SEOquake for Firefox and check your keyword density - page doesn't seem that optimised for any specific keyword
        Add 3 keyword/phrases into your meta tags
        Make your meta description better - get rid of the URL in it

        that should keep you going a while
