Started a membership site and now I'm overwhelmed

I'm in the enviable situation of having such an overwhelming response to my new membership site launch (29% conversion) that I need a help desk because I'm swamped with emails and support requests.
Anyone have any recommendations? Cheap or free is ideal.

Hi Darren..

I highly suggest Help Desk Software, Customer Service Software and Live Chat Software - Kayako for your needs. It's a heck of a support system. It's ticket based and easy to use.

You can also pick the most advanced members and enlist their aid for 'perks', depending on the niche and what kind of support you are being inundated with.

Admin/ moderator only sub forum to coordinate that.

Great position to be in...

I suggest either of the following 2 open source support ticket/helpdesk softwares, the first is a traditional ticket based support system, the second is a live help based application.

I've used both of these, and they both work great:
