I'm in the enviable situation of having such an overwhelming response to my new membership site launch (29% conversion) that I need a help desk because I'm swamped with emails and support requests. Anyone have any recommendations? Cheap or free is ideal. Thanks Darren |

Hi Darren.. I highly suggest Help Desk Software, Customer Service Software and Live Chat Software - Kayako for your needs. It's a heck of a support system. It's ticket based and easy to use. |

You can also pick the most advanced members and enlist their aid for 'perks', depending on the niche and what kind of support you are being inundated with. Admin/ moderator only sub forum to coordinate that. |
