I had already written the thread but then decided to ckeck my clickbank accout for again before clicking the "Submit new thread" button. And look there it is. MY FIRST SALE I have worked so hard finally. What a feeling. No it's game over. That sale will start everything now I am 100% sure that this stuff works.NEWBIES don't f*****g give up. !!!!!!!!! Go right now and look at your web stats before its too late. Find out which article the person came from, what route they took through your site, etc... You need to learn as much about your buying traffic as possible. Then again, don't change everything for one sale, watch several purchases go through and then start tweaking things. Oh, and congratulations! Allen |

Thanks guys. I will look into this right now. Just one question: What do I have to do now to get paid from clickbank? I have seen several newbies having problems when they tried to get their checks and only have a few sales? What is their payment policy? I tried to read it on their website but I didn't understand it properly becuase I am not a native english speaker. Thanks again warriors |

Congratulations busting! You can go here for the details about getting paid. ClickBank has something called a Customer Distribution Requirement. This is usually what causes newbies to say that ClickBank won't pay them. Its not that Click Bank doesn't pay on time - its just that you must first meet the requirement (this is a one time thing). Here is the explanation from the ClickBank site: ClickBank will withhold payment of any account balance until the following criteria is met: * Sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers; and, * Sales made with two different payment methods (either Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Note: PayPal purchases do not count toward the minimum 5 different credit card numbers. This requirement is in place to help prevent Affiliates from abusing the ClickBank Affiliate program by using their accounts for the sole purpose of fraudulently collecting rebates and/or discounts on their own purchases. Once you have met the Customer Distribution Requirement, your account will begin issuing payments normally, in accordance with our Accounting Policy, beginning on the next payment issuing date. So basically even if you have met the minimum payout, you will not be paid until you have made at least 5 sales and the customers must have used at least 2 different means of payment. This can be frustrating because you want that first check, but you only have to meet this requirement one time and we all know with your enthusiasm it won't take you long! Good luck! |

| Yes, it's a bit confusing. You must do two things: (i) reach your "payment threshold" (you can set it to whatever you like, from $10 up), and (ii) meet the "customer distribution requirement" ("CDR"). CDR: you have to have 5 sales, just the first time, before you get paid, with 5 different credit-card numbers and you have to have sales made by 2 different methods as well (the "methods" are Visa, MasterCard and PayPal). (You can get round the "CDR" to some extent if you have some friends with credit-cards who will each buy a $5 product for you (with high commission which you give back to them in private!) so that you can achieve 5 sales with different credit-cards, not all Visa and not all MasterCard. It costs very little, really, to do this and you only ever have to do it once!) Edited to add: sorry, I posted at exactly the same time as Mike above and didn't see his post first! |
