Localbizbuilders vs offlinebiz

I am thinking to become a paying member to one of these forums not sure which.i know they both have free areas but the good stuff is behind membership area.
would you share your experience with these offline business forums and any recommendations suggestions are welcomed.

    Can't really comment on the content, but LBB has a far superior user interface.

    But that's personal preference and solely the UI, not an indictment of the content or owners (Cavanagh has a lot of good ideas).
