Default same article on subdomains?

Hi everyone,

I did a search for this thinking it had to have been discussed but I couldn't find anything. Here's the issue: Creating many 1-3 page subdomains, from one main domain, naming them for long tail keywords. For example howtolosewidgets.widgets.com, getridofwidgets.widgets.com, and losingwidgets.widgets.com. I am creating many of them for quite a few keywords...Can I put the same article on each subdomain or will google penalize for that? I'm sure some of you guys have done this strategy before, would love your input. Thanks

Bill

They are seen as different websites ... Yes you can use the same articles. I suggest however doing 1 of 2 things..

1. Use short summaries and link to the main site.. This helps build up the main site.

2. Spin your articles, although you can use the same (yes I have tested this) article it kind of defeats the purpose if your visitors happen to see more then one of your sites. Plus by spinning the articles you will be able to target those other keywords.
