Default Is EZA support normally this atrocious? 16 days and no live article

I pretty much exclusively use goarticles and articlesbase, but figured what the hell, i would try to sign up for an account with the devil, er, EZA.

Sequence of events:

10/25--Drafted 3 different articles on the same topic, each 6-700 words.

10/26 -- Submitted 1 of the articles to EZA, 1 of the articles to GoArticles and 1 of the articles to Articlesbase.
-- Goarticles approved within 1 hour
-- Articlesbase approved within 8 hours

11/3 -- Received email from EZA saying that my article was approved and published, and give me a link. The link to my author resource area, but the link to the article was not working properly. The URL did not include the standard article title format, and instead was just a number. When I was trying to change and fix this, it put my article back into the "modified folder", and I was forced to republish it.

11/3 -- Sent message to EZA support asking them why the link didn't work (and why the title was not in the URL), and please let me know what the proper link for the article is.

11/6 -- Send followup message to EZA support.

11/9 -- Received message from EZA support that told me that the article was modified and so it was put back into the system for review. Email stated that a re-review of modified articles is generally accomplished in 24 hours M-F. EZA email response did not address any of my questions in my initial email.

I replied back to this message from EZA within 60 minutes of me receiving it. I asked them what was going on and let them know that there had been no change to the article, but that the link they had initiallly give me, was not working.

11/11 -- Still have not heard from EZA support, so sent follow-up.

So, 16 days, and still no live article (despite that it was deemed fine), and absolutely no responsiveness. Oh yea, and my goarticles article is #11 for a competitive keyword already.

Is this truly par for the course?

It has been getting progressively worse as the number of authors have increased exponentially over the past year or so ... sorry!
