Question About RSS Feeds With EZA Articles & Pinging Article URL - Any Tips?

Hi everyone!

I have been searching through the forum for the answer, but can't really find one that I am looking for...

Is there a way to get an RSS feed for an article on Ezine articles? Just the article - not the category feed or author feed.

Or, is there something else that you can do with your article URL to get a bit of an advantage? I read in one post from someone who said to take your URL from your article and submit it to ping sites - is this something that can work?

Are there any other little secrets that some of the experienced article marketers have up their sleeves that they could throw out there?

    I don't ping my EZAs but i do stumble them and submit them to the other other socialbookmarking sites I use.
    i will also post lins to them sometimes in forums if the topic is relevant and providing a link actually brings some value to the forum thread.
