You may start by getting a list of squidoo lenses that has a good copy.. Analyze how the copy was written and when you start writing your own copy, you can combine they tactics you've observe from those lenses.. In short, BENCHMARK!

Just like Erwin suggested just get some ideas from other lenses, you will come across "writers block" now and again but focus on the end goal! It helps!

What is your time worth?

Like anything you got to get the juices flowing. I write comments on Blogs and forums to get the juices flowing. Often after a couple of paragraphs I will take my comment and add another couple of paragraphs and post it on my website. That is how I get the juices flowing.

Good Luck

If you already have some articles published, or some good qualilty PLR articles you can just post that.

There is no need for your squidoo content to be original, you just want good quality information that links to your site or promotes the products in your monetising modules on the squidoo.

So, don't stress, you don't have to be a great writer, use the material from other great writers who release PLR niche content.
