Default Any Succefull Network Marketers Around?

I am wondering if there is any succesfull network marketers on this forum as I hardly ever see any posts regarding network marketing?

If there is I would like to ask you a very serious question. How do you get your downline to duplicate? I have been network marketing for quite some time now and have signed up a lot of people but I keep getting stuck when it comes to duplication. My business is soo close to taking off but yet so far if you know what I mean.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I have to qualify this post as saying, yes, I am, BUT...NOT in the traditional
sense.

I promote several companies that would be considered MLM but I do NOT
promote them for the opportunity. I promote them because of the services
that they perform, which is lead generation.

I have been promoting these companies for over 5 years now and they
earn me a modest $1,500 a month between all of them. It's not a lot, but
consider how much work I put into this part of my business (30 minutes a
day) it's worth it.

But that's why I say not in the traditional sense because I promote them
more like I would promote an affiliate product, meaning something that
actually does something and not just a means to make money from a
downline.

How are you bringing in referrals? Are you doing something that they CAN duplicate? If it is duplicable by most people, then give your downline a step-by-step guide how you do it. Coach the ones who want to take action.

Sometimes there are people who would do something if they just knew what to do and how to do it. If you can bring out these people, then you may be able to guide them to success. Then make sure they are passing on the same techniques to their referrals.

The traditional method of signing up people by calling leads on the phone is not duplicable by most people. It takes sales skills to be able to close the sale, and if your people are not good on the phone, then they cannot duplicate this method. Yes, these skills can be learned, but most people are afraid to try.

A method that has worked for a lot of people is to provide a rebrandable ebook, and let your downline rebrand it with their link. Then show them how they can set up a free blog, get some traffic, and give away the ebook.

Does your company capture leads and follow up with an autoresponder series? If not, perhaps you can provide this for your downline.

Most IM methods we learn here at the forum, like article marketing, can also be used to make sales into your network marketing company, and they can also be duplicated by your downline who want to learn.
