Anyone put Bob Serlings Million Dollar Licensing to work?

I'm sure some of you've heard about Bob Serling's www.milliondollarlicensing.com

I want to try it but I'm a little skeptical...Have someone actually put the principles that Bob Serling teaches to work?

Is it really that easy to get two big companies to cooperate and at the same time get a huge retainer fee out of it?

For folks who are not up to date and never heard of this... you're basically the middleman and so your job is to bring a company with a great product together with a company with a big list and get them to cooperate. And as a reward you'll get a retainer fee.

Why don't you ask them for testimonials who will speak to you. I know a student who did well.

yeah I still use it actually, I have built a decent business around just one of his methods.

in the product he teaches 4 red zone strategies for the fastest and easiest cash flow, which I throw the word "easy" around loosely because it will take a lot of hard work and focus.

but I know in my experience they work.

you can build an entire business around each red zone strategy, I love it personally.

ok guys thanks...is this something that you have to do over the phone/email?

I don't see myself approaching a local business face to face...since most people think I'm still very young and won't take me serious

it does take a lot of interaction with real people, phone calls and a lot of phone appointments,

I woudnt worry to much about you age, when it comes to results numbers dont lie.

I have also intergrated some of bob's systems (it's a collection of licensing systems) into my business and done very well out of it. As said it does require interaction with clients but you can outsource this IF you can find the right go getta person.
It also requires a bit of capital to make it work best for things like printing and couriers etc.

Is the program a "hard goods" program (meaning books/DVDs) or is there an online component, weekly seminar, additional online materials, etc.?

I ask because it has been around a while and to look at this if the conference calls have been going on for months, I think I'd be missing the bulk of the value.

If it is all in the DVDs & books and nothing online, then I guess it doesn't matter when you get it

... and one last question ...

Is this the same version that has been out since 2008? I thought I saw an ad about it being a new program, but the deeper I hunt, it seems to have been out since 2008. Are they selling the same version? An updated version?

Does anyone know?
