Hi all, After reading a lot in the forums, i think building content sites is kind of sure way of earning money and more research, knowledge and marketing skills are required in Affiliate marketing... I would like to ask experienced Warriors what are the pros of building sites for CPC adsense MFA Vs affiliate sites and bum marketing. Which is more reliable and stable... (esp for newbies who does nt has much to invest) |

Here is a suggestion. You could do a CPC Adsense model but put a form in your site to let people sign up for some newsletter or some free stuff. While earning from your adsense, you can build a list. Once your list become big, you can have an additional stream of income by doing affiliate marketing. You can find good affiliate products and email to your list to promote it. You can also do some bum marketing to capture some long tail keywords to drive more traffic to your main adsense site and you can capture more subscriber for your list. I believe this way should not cost you much money per month. |

Current Adsense rates are very low compared to 2006. Due to recession marketers are bidding low. Affiliate marketing is a better option. You can try both the options. Good Luck. |

It all depends on what you like and what you're good at. If you like creating content and driving traffic, you'll probably do well with adsense. But if you're good at sales, sales pages, etc., and creating really product-focused sites, then I think affiliate marketing can be profitable a lot faster than adsense. I do a lot of adsense sites myself and they make money, but in my experience it's a lot more of a "slow and steady" kind of income. It takes a lot of traffic, too. If you're good at affiliate stuff and you do your research and so on, you can make money faster that way I think. But like everyone says, it's best to have a mix of both.
