I have seen a lot of threads here of people constantly complaining about the email delivery rate. Everyone's scared that their mail might end up in the spam folder. Well it's pretty simple to deal with this. Just make the reader reply to your very first email and from that point on your email would always land in the inbox. The best way to do this would be to let users ask you questions. Along with the newsletter ask them what else would they like to know or any specific questions they have. The moment they reply to your email...The trust factor shoots up and you get auto whitelisted. This method is pretty obvious yet many don't even use it. |

Just because you reply to an email doesn't mean it's whitelisted. Getting the user to whitelist your email is the very best way to ensure email delivery.

I have to agree with Floyd. I still have mail I want routed to spam folders even though I have successfully received mail from these people in the past.

Well if they received your e-mail in the first place to reply to you that means they got your message the first time. Frank Bruno |

Another cool thing you could do is ask them about their business, when see that you are interested in their business they trust you more and think that you care about their best interest. I get emails every day from people on my list, while it takes a little time to reply, it usually results in a sale (without really asking for it in some cases). I also like using video, people are much more willing to open your email if you are someone they 'know' made possible by video |
