We honor all refund requests regardless of the reason.

It's not worth the hassle nor risk. I'd rather give back a measely
$47 bucks then risk getting a complaint to the BBB or FTC. Or even
have some guy running around the internet calling us a scam.

But that's our policy.

I'd say just give him a refund. Saves you time/stress, so you can focus on more important activities, like making money!
