PayPal subscription question

PayPal has an option where customers without a PayPal account can purchase with a credit card.

Will PayPal bill customers credit card on a subscription basis is they do not have a PayPal account?

Sure can. You will need to have a Business/Premier account with PayPal.

They are asked to create an account when placing the subscription order, so the answer is really no.

Thanks rondo, I thought that might be the case, however having not offered subscriptions I didn't know the answer either.
