What Happens When I Modify My Published Articles At Ezinearticles (EZA)?

I've got about 90 articles on EZA. Some have done well, some moderately well, but most have bombed.

EZA allows us to modify our articles and resubmit them for republication. However, I am unsure on a number of points. Could someone with experience modifying EZA articles please comment on the following.

(1) Does EZA retain the same URL (same article number)?

(2) If the answer to the above is yes, how does Google handle the adjustments. Will it demote my article in favor of any original copies that online publishers have picked up.

(3) If a new URL is assigned by EZA, will Google have a total fit and not add my modified article to the search results since it resembles closely the original copy?

(4) How much modification will EZA allow before they consider the article a completely new article?

It keeps the same URL after it's republished. How Google handles it is a crapshoot - you may need to throw a couple of backlinks at it to regain your position.

ANY modifications to an existing article require re-approval, no matter how small.
