You need to earn the trust of your visitors. People buy from companies or individuals they trust.

**Do you have a clear "Call to Action" for your offer(s)? If not, direct your visitors to what you want them to do.
**Are your prices visible? Do they stand out? Do you have a BIG, Visible Order or Add to Cart Button? If not, get it done.
**Do you offer a money back guarantee? If not, you may want to do so.
**Do you have a relationship (or are you building a relationship) with your visitors? If not, do so.
**Are you building a subscriber base (an opt-in email list) so you can communicate with your prospects? If not, then do so.

Doing the above, among other things, will help increase your conversion rates and get people to buy.

    Hope this helps.

You need to increase your traffic in order to get sales. 100 a day will normally do not result in sales unless it is a very targetted traffic.

Focus your customer on the one thing you are selling.

Sell 1 thing on 1 page - nothing else and point them to buy.

The only opportunity to leave should be the back button.

A good call to action works best for me. Check out other sites in your niche and see what they are using and create something that would normally catch your attention if you were wanting to buy a product.

I would have thought that the most important aspect seems to be the lack of an opt-in box. 100 visits a day isn't great for converting into sales but a good offer to get them onto a mailing list could result in you picking up 30 - 40 new leads every day. Then you start to build the trust and you send out your offers on a regular basis to them.

If they visit your site now and then leave you may never see them again. Using an opt-in allows you to contact them regularly which will guarantee you more sales.

Although saying that there does seem to be an incredible mix of products so I would agree with a previous poster that you should be more specific on each page and direct the customer to where you want them to go.
