Am new to Internet/Affiliate Marketing
1. i have created my own personal website
2. i have adScence & a clickback account
3. i have learnt a few stuff on blogging and trafficking

A. so what do i do next to achieve optimal results
B. is there a book i need to read to brush up my skills
C. can i get some cool tips from u guys

Next step is to implement whatever you have learnt about blogging and trafficking(?).

Once you've done that, search this forum for affiliate marketing and you'll see a lot of threads. Read them all. There is so much information in this forum. After reading that, apply it.

Have you decided what product(s) from Clickbank to promote? What is your web site about? Do you have a list of keywords that you'll be targeting?

You don't have to share details with us - I'm just trying to establish where you are in the process. If you're all set up and know what you're going to promote, then as ramkarthik said, it's time to put into practice what you've learned about getting traffic to your site. If not, then you have a little work to do before you have a site that's ready for traffic.
