I think I mentioned somewhere above that the Warrior submissions may be part of a separate package. I haven't quite figured out the whats/hows for that.

It may be a package that only those Warriors who show that they're already setting goals and taking action towards a better financial future would get.

It could also be a package that only the Warriors who participated (submitted their own $10-$50 plans) can get the rights to sell. Or something...

I'm open to ideas at this point.

Okay guys... it's gone midnight here but I've been watching this thread for a while and wanting to add my business plan for a while... so here it is...

Before I begin I'd just like to let you know that I'm preparing to implement this plan as we speak. Some of the parts are in place already, but most isn't. Also, I haven't set myself a solid income goal just yet... not until I get this launched and functioning properly.

This plan isn't rocket science or brand new, but I KNOW it works...

Firstly, I'll outline the model in general and then reveal how I'm applying it to my business.

Let's go...

Process 1:
Pick a Market

I know what you're thinking... "BOOOOORING".

I know, I know. Every step-by-step guide seems to start with picking a market. But it's VERY important.

I'm gonna make things a lot easier for you though. Just choose one of the markets below...

Health and Beauty
Fitness
Dating
Finance
Real Estate
Home Based Business
Self Improvement

All of those have been proven to be profitable. Competetive? Yes... but still profitable.

The main thing you need to identify when choosing your market is... "Is money already being spent on products and services in this market?"

If yes, then you likely have a winner.

If you still need help with picking a market then do some more research on Google.

Process 2:
Lead Generation Product Creation

Now it's time to create a free report, audio or video that we give away in exchange for a name and email address.

To choose a topic on which you want to write your report about, consider the major problems your market has.

If you've chosen the health and fitness market then a large proportion want to lose weight.

If it's the dating market then a large proportion want to learn how to find, hook up with and keep their ideal partner.

Create a quality product that people would be happy to pay money for.

Process 3:
Squeeze Page Creation

Create a squeeze page with one primary focus... to get people to enter their name and email address and to download your free report.

That's all for this step. Again, for more help Google it or search this forum.

Process 4:
Membership Site Creation

Once a visitor has opted in to our list, we want to immediately present them with an offer for our $15-$30 membership site. At this price range it's a fairly easy sell without having to have a strong existing relationship with our prospects.

Plus, it's really easy to create a membership site like this and provide value. At $20, it would be sufficient to create 4 premium articles about 1500-2000 words per month. Convert them into PDFs and deliver them to members. Add some interactivity to improve retention such as a question form and then compile all questions into a PDF and answer them at the end of each month. Add additional value by providing videos, audios and reports from other marketers - or create them yourself.

Create your salesletter for your membership using all the traditional sales page tactics.

Process 5:
Creating Your High Value Offer

Now, this is where the real money is. Selling physical products at $200 plus is where most of our profit will come from.

Plus, creating high value products isn't as hard as you think... if you're comfortable talking or being in front of a camera. I'm not, but there are plenty of workarounds to this.

When creating your high value offer, structure it like a step by step crash course. For example, how to do _________ in x number of days. And then the product takes on the form of a video product detailing exactly what you have to do on each day to achieve the desired outcome. Each video should last about one hour and that will be one DVD.

A typical structure for a high value physical product is to have 6 DVDs and then 2 Bonus DVDs.

Here's an example of a product that you could create in the weight loss market and sell for $200 plus...

DVD 1: Why Being Overweight Is Killing You
DVD 2: How To Get The Motivation To Eliminate Your Fat
DVD3: Week 1: Your Daily Exercises And Diet Plan
DVD4: Week 2: Your Daily Exercises And Diet Plan
DVD5: Week 3: Your Daily Exercises And Diet Plan
DVD6: Week 4: Your Daily Exercises And Diet Plan
Bonus DVD 1: How To Make Sure Your Fat Stays Off... For Good
Bonus DVD 2: Interview With A Weight Loss Expert – Dr. Joe Bloggs

Here are some tips for creating your high value offer:

1) Transcribe your DVDs and audios to add extra value to your offering. Some people like to learn by listening or watching, but others like to learn through reading.

2) Include some digital products with your high value offer that are delivered instantly to your customers. Customers want instant gratification so providing some instantly delivered products with your physical course may sway some undecided potential customers.

Process 6:
Linking It All Together

Each step at the moment on it's own isn't worth much, but when each one is linked together to form a functional, automatic system, then it can create a huge income.

Here's how the system should work. (I've taken this section from a report I'm currently working on...)

Step 1:
You drive incredible amounts of traffic to your squeeze page (we'll talk about this in a minute) and a percentage of visitors opt-in to become subscribers

Step 2.1:
Those who subscribe are entered into a “prospects” follow up sequence designed to pull sales in for your membership, your high value offers and some affiliate offers. (The follow up sequence will be described in more detail in just a minute.)

Step 2.2:
Again, those who entered their name and email address on your squeeze page are redirected to your salespage for your $15-30 membership.

Step 3:
Some of your new subscribers will also become members of your membership and will be added to your “members” follow up sequence and removed from your “prospects” follow up sequence.

Step 4:
Those who join your membership will then be redirected to your high value offer salespage. A small proportion will invest in your high value course and will be automatically added to your “exclusive” follow up sequence and removed from your “members” follow up sequence.

That’s the overview of the opt-in process, but that’s not where the bulk of your money is made.

Most of your profit will come from developing rock solid relationships with your subscribers. You need to get them to know, like and trust you. That’s when they’ll buy your $297+ physical products – and remember, that’s where the profits are.

Process 7:
Pumping Leads Into Your Business

The main objective now is to get as many leads into our business as possible. The more leads join the top of our business, the more leads come out of the bottom when they purchase our memberships and high value offers.

There are loads and loads of ways of getting leads in, but we're gonna focus on just one...

Affiliates and JV traffic.

You need to set your process up so that affiliates can drive traffic to your squeeze page and then earn money on the leads they've referred that join your membership and purchase your high value offers.

I use Rapid Action Profits, but I believe you can use 1ShoppingCart or Infusionsoft.

Then it's just a case of finding JVs and affiliates and optimizing your sales process and generating a deeper and wider sales funnel.

So, that's the system - now here's how I'm gonna do it...

Process 1

My niche is Internet Marketing / Make Money Online. Why? Because I have a small, but generally positive reputation already, as well as assets, such as products, subscriber databases and contacts.

Process 2

My lead generation product is in development already. It's taken me a few days to do 5,500 words and I'm about 75% of the way through.

Process 3

I find squeeze pages very easy to create. It should take me a few hours at most.

Process 4

I already have a membership (just launched) that costs $19.95 that will be going on the backend of my squeeze page.

Process 5

I recently purchased the license to an 8 DVD box set that currently sells very well at $397 for one on my online marketing friends. This will be my high value offer.

Process 6

I'll use Rapid Action Profits to link all the processes together and Aweber to collect my leads.

Process 7

I'll be getting affiliates and JVs to drive traffic to my squeeze page and then I'll be giving them 50% comms on the membership and high value offer.

Hopefully I can have this set up within the next 10 days, which would give me less than a month to make 50k.

The membership is $20 per month so only time for one payment before Xmas, and the DVD boxset will sell for $297.

Maybe I won't be able to make 50k before Xmas, but hopefully I'll surpass that sometime very shortly after.

I hope this post helps some of you.

For those who are rasing their hands for a copy, how about this as a challenge. Why not sit down, and come up with a plan on how to make $10K. You might not have been there already, but the plan will help you focus, and if you write one, it might give you the missing piece of the jigsaw.

Let's say you write your own plan (you don't have to share it) and you think doing x, y and z will make you $10K, it would be great motivation to get on and try it out. You will never know if you have found the gold until you dig for it.

If you don't make $10K but make more than you have in the past, then you have a winning formula for yourself.

Try it and see how much you can make by trying.

A few months ago I attempted a website but didn't carry it through for personal reasons, but I'm taking a few remnants of it and turning it into a list-building report. I'll run a free WSO that warriors can pick up and then sell (with a couple bonuses) for 100% commission. I'm also attaching a one-time offer, so affiliates will make 100% on the front end and 50% on the backend. Subscribers opt-in to a free 7-day course, which presells my main product, and then they get useful content/product recommendations thereafter.

I'm also planning to write a few PLR packs and run a WSO on them. The PLR packs will be in a very, very profitable niche that I don't think the WF has yet discovered... these may take a little time, as I have ghostwriting clients to keep up with, but I'll manage.

I also have another mastermind idea, sort of Imran Naseem meets Jeremy Kelsall, which I can't wait to try out, along with some offline stuff.

I'm not sure how much each idea would make individually, but if just ONE idea makes 50K...

You almost got me hooked up there...

However, I am missing a part of the equation.

I could of course offer some services, e.g. to fellow warriors, or elsewhere, or even offline, until Christmas. I wouldn't make 50k with that, and most likely not 10k either, but I would make some money.

On the other hand, right now, I am working on building up a serious long-term business online.

Building reliable assets most probably won't bring me the same amount of money in the next few weeks than offering services might. But in the long run, to me it seems to make more sense.

From my understanding of Bev's post, having a strategy is part of her suggestion. But for people who are relatively new to the game, your plan could easily be (mis?)understood as "no need to think ahead, just try to make money until Christmas".

Again, I don't think that's what you're suggesting -- but of course I might be wrong... However, I'd appreciate any thoughts and comments regarding this issue.

And yeah, I realize that there are situations in life when making some money until Christmas has absolutely first priority over long-term business plans.

If you need that money right now, and you are willing and able to work 7 days a week, and have lots of experience in building sites and making movies, why don't you simply offer your services in the Warrior Forum? You should be able to make some money by the end of the deadline, maybe even 1000 bucks or more...

Somehow, this leads back to the question of how urgently you need the money, and if there is time to develop any long-term strategy right now. Argh. I need another coffee first...

There are an infinite number of reasons to not participate in this or a similar exercise. If you're looking for a reason not to do it, you will find many reasons. And ultimately, on the day Bryan releases his report, you will find yourself in exactly the same place you find yourself today.

Pick a financial goal and get to work. Develop your plan as you go if you must. The key is to have a goal fixed in your mind and to take action immediately.

Don't hesitate. Don't doubt. Just do.

I guarantee that if you take action and move steadily with purpose toward your goal you will amaze yourself with your results.

I can write legible and some what articulate articles.
The only problem is the 2 things that I most enjoy in life ,and that writing comes easy for are total bombs . The one is not very profitable as in never made a dime off it..and the other has so much competition that there are like 9 billion sites on it already imagine that !.

I also possess some limited, but yet functional website design skills while not a coder by any stretch I can work with and modify html code and some css I am pretty strong at Wordpress instalation , modification,and maintainance.

I would organize the most insane marketing giveaway of all time, that would be combined with backend deals.

I would contact as many IM marketers as possible, gather up all their freebies like their PLR, special reports, etc.

Organize it so the more people the new sign-ups recommend, the more freebies they can get. I would make the people they recommend have to confirm email addresses for each user to get points.

The more points they get, the more they get from a sort of free grab bag.

To monetize the new subscribers, I'd upsell the marketers latest products with a special affiliate link. I'd work in some kind of discount or coupon so it would be worth it for them to purchase though the links I provided.

A lot of marketers can get publicity, I would generate some sales, and everyones lists would grow.

Some forced viral marketing would perpetually generate new subscribers.

Just saved a ton of time trying to create a product. Not to mention all the JV's would blast out to their lists that their products were available for a limited time with a discount as well as a huge grab bag of goodies.



All you need are 5,000 sales with a 10 dollar profit each.

Find marketers whose lists are 5k or more.

Great to see that so many of you are already taking some action.

You can't wait for anyone else to give you permission (nor the "secrets") to get started.

And, as John mentioned above, if you look for reasons why you shouldn't start just yet, you'll find hundreds of them.

Just a word of caution though, especially for the newer folks... taking action does not mean risking all the money that you have into something you're not sure will work. That's gambling. And it fails most of the time.

Once you've picked something to do (a technique, system, action steps, etc.) do it cost-effectively. Test it out first before you throw everything you've got into it.

Success in marketing has a lot to do with testing and tracking. Test things out and track your results. Repeat and/or invest more time/money into what's working and stop doing what isn't working.
