Help With Banner Creation

So we're (hopefully) about 2 weeks away from having our final permits to start shipping for our wine club...which has brought me to setting up my Share A Sale account. Of course to recruit affiliates I need some good creatives(let alone a high commission payment)

I have a list of banner sizes:

468 x 60
120 x 240
120 x 600
150 x 150
88 x 31

Any I am missing?

Lastly, since you all actually work online-what general design of banners would you want to see? Does simpler work better? Pictures, text or a combination?

Anything you're willing to share would be very much appreciated!

If you want to make life easy on your affiliates, you can start with the set of eight image sizes that Google allows:

300 x 50
468 x 60
728 x 90
250 x 250
200 x 200
336 x 280
300 x 250
120 x 600
160 x 600

Facebook wants images 110x80, so one or two of those might help as well.
