Selling rights what should I do?

Hello Warriors,

I recently launched my very first product online and it did pretty good I sold about 85 copies in the last 3 weeks totalling $2,500. The niche is extremely small so I don't think that thats to bad. Anyway the reason why I'm posting today is because I recently received an email from a guy who wanted to know if He could buy the rights to my ebook so he could translate it to Romanian and sell it there. What should I do? should I sell him the rights to the ebook for a lump sum amount? if so how much should I charge? or should I let him translate it then aks for a percentage for every unit sold? What do you guys/girls suggest?
