|  Desperately seeking Aweber help
I have this problem I am trying to solve with Aweber. Not sure where to post this so here goes.. I recently got a "fully assembled" site that has an aweber opt in box that is pre configured, if that is the right term. THere are instructions on how to set it up, including how to use the aweber code so that the opt in box on the site I have works. However, after creating a new web form, and following all the instructions provided to me I still cannot get the opt in section to work. It just doesn't do anything  Can someone who has advanced aweber knowledge please give me a hand. I have been going insane trying to work it out to no avail. Thanks in advance! David. |

I tested your form code and it worked fine. The only suggestion I would make, would be for the submit input where you have the name submit2 instead of just submit. To test the form code, I copied it into a notepad file, stripped out all of the html that wasn't required, and saved it as an html file to my desktop The reason it may not be working on your page could be a browser issue. Just above the area where the form starts you have a meta tag and an opening and closing title tags. These don't belong there, and you already have these tags in the head of your html document, which is where they are supposed to be. Regards, Steve MacLellan |
