Hi all, Anyone can tell me is it cheaper to use Xoom or PayPal to pay staff from the Philippines please? I was told that Xoom's rate is cheaper but when I checked the rates using PayPal seems to be cheaper. Now I am confused, can anyone tell me please ? ![]() Michael T. |

First of all: with xoom you pay the fee, with paypal the recipient pays the fee. Second: fee depends on money sent, so you have to compare for specific price points. Which one to use actually is not a matter of fee. You will find that many people on the Philippines don't have Paypal and in those cases xoom is the way to pay. Ralf |

If using PayPal, it might be worth investigating the use of Mass Pay to reduce fees. You pay the fees using that approach, and the fees are lower.
