Default Do The New Hoplinks Hurt CT Rate?

OK so I've always liked the old hoplinks because they look cleaner but in order to have a tracking ID I have to use the new "jumble of random letters" type link... Unfortunately, I'm wondering if these links might look more suspicious to a user mousing over them? Has anyone noticed anything in regards to this?

I use redirects to hide my links anyway. The cloaking does make it look more spammy.

but don't people get suspicious with re-directs? Like if the link says they're going to "beach-balls-for-you.com" and they end up at "QualityBeachBalls.org"?

Same, it's quite effective from what I've seen.

Doesn't work with EZA tho, they have this policy that all links must point to a whole domain like xyz.com. I dont know whether it's "bad" when i have a link like xyz.com.....and then on the site itself it would redirect to another site.
