Help using `All in one SEO` Plugin, PLS

Hi Guys,
Can i ask you lot a few questions about using the All in one SEO plugin,

I have read that i should add about 8 different keywords into the `All in one` box below my post..What should these keywords be ?? Should they be the 2 best, 3 best ect ect.. keywords that i saw when doing my original keyword research ??

Also what about the `tags` ?? Do i still need to add `tags` (it is a Wordpress blog by the way) I read that if i use `All in one seo` i dont need to add tags ?? And if i do need to add tags what are they ?? Just the keywords i`ve already entered into the `all in one seo` ??

Please help somebody..

Cheers Jim

Heres my approach when writing an article and using the seo plugin. I write my post/article, then I fill in about 15 tags related to my main keyword I'm using for that post.

    Change permalink.

I drop down and fill in the title tag for the seo plugin just a little different then the original blog post but with the same keyword phrase.

I then fill in the description using my keyword phrase again in a natural way.

Next, I fill in about 4 long-tail semantic keywords around the original keyphrase..

    Works like a charm.

    Enjoy,
    Jeff

      Thanks Jeff,
So you do still fill in the `tags` area of WP with about 15 tags, can i ask how you decide on what the 15 tags will be ? Sorry to trouble you but are the 15 tags like the 2 and 3 and 4 best keywords behind the main keyword you choose for the site ??

And in the `all in one` keyword box you add 4 long tail semantic keywords, I have heard of `semantic` before but not sure what it means i know its something about what google thinks your is releted to the information on the post but not sure exactly what they are and how you choose them.
I relise this is alot of questions but thanks for you help anyway.
      Jim
