need feedback to increase page rank

Hi guys,would appreciate if somebody if you could review our website and give me some feedback on what keywords to use and why we are getting such a low ranking. The minimum amount of traffic we get each day is between 50-80. We are also using google adwords and that seems to help a bit but still not good enough.
Here is a link to our website, would be great if you can explain why we are ranking low in search engines. We have been changing the keywords and title decsription quite regulary so that might be the reason why our page rank dropped.

Keyword density is only one part of the picture when ranking high in SEO. Are you building backlinks?

Running Google Adwords doesn't have anything to do with getting high SEO rankings.

It would help if you would give us the keyword you're trying to rank for on that page...and we can give you an idea.

Dating is also a competitive niche...it would take YEARS to rank high for some keywords.

We are obviously up against a huge market with so many competing websites in the dating business, it is difficult to find the right keywords that will get us a good ranking in google and other major search engines. Our company is based in Ireland so our target audience would be customers based in Ireland and the UK.

Anyone here have any great keyword ideas specifically for the "dating niche" i want to target that will improve my Search engine ranking.

You have a PageRank of 2 with 63 links pointing to your domain, according to Yahoo Site Explorer.

The concept of increasing PageRank is easy... just get more sites to link to you that have a higher PageRank than you. PageRank is shared from other sites to your site.

Getting those links is another battle. I write about links prolifically at SearchEngineWatch... I'm their link building expert.

It's a topic I love to think about and discuss.

In a nutshell... you want to have something valuable to link to and then you want to ask people in your industry if they would link to you.

It's an ongoing pursuit... but incredibly important.
