Article for link juice

Hi, I need your advice. If I am submitting articles for link juice, what would the title of the articles be?

If in resource, I am using "blue widgets" as anchor, should the title also be something like "blue widgets - what you want to know".

This is a two-edged sword. If I use the exact title for anchor, I would think the link has more relevancy value. At the same time, I would have an ezine article that is competing with my own page.

Advice?

I change the title for the articles i syndicate. every one gets a fresh title at least, even if it isnt totally unique content.
