Folks, I consider myself pretty jaded when it comes to internet marketing stuff, especially since I bought a popular keyword discovery software and never got any support (which I had paid extra for). So when I purchased Reviewazon this week, I expected more of the same. And when I started having install issues (long story short, I had upgraded servers, and they never gave me the correct login information), and contacted my hosting company to help, I got nothing. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement - I'm a mom of three and $70 is a lot. After two days of fooling around with my hosting company, who asked me for the same information three (!!!!) times, I posted in the Reviewazon forum for help, not expecting any. Within just a couple of hours, I had a personal email from creator Brad Hanson, who then took the time to actually go into my FTP program/Wordpress dashboard to tweak my settings, PERSONALLY (with my permission, of course!) and got it going. I was overwhelmed. I have never, NEVER had this kind of support from any software I have purchased. I haven't even used the dang thing yet, but I just had to come in here and tell you that if this is the kind of support you can expect from Reviewazon, you can rest assured that your money is well spent. Just my .02. |

That is nice to hear, and yes, rare these days! I've been considering Reviewazon myself. You'll have to let us know how it works out.
