[Need Recommendation] Affiliate Software With Wire Transfer Feature

Dear All,

in my country, using credit card or Paypal to make payment online
still very rare. they prefer to use wire transfer to buy something
from the internet.

my question is... is there any affiliate software or script to handle
this? I mean, the merchant still can open affiliate program and
the affiliate can promote the product for commission, even though
the customers pay using wire transfer...
