Hi,

I decided in my next project to outsourcing most of the tasks. I had a bad experience with outsourcing in the past, but I fill that now I focus more on what should

I request from the outsourcing candidate. But in the past I loose money because the final work was bad and I have no time to fix it.
I decided to try to manage my business and not to "work" in it (It's not easy for freak control ). But I failed to estimate the outsourcing budget against the future ROI.

Let say for example that my new project will promote affiliate product that its commission is $35.

I want to make the keyword research and focus on 5 keywords that their phrase match traffic for the first position is more than 100 per day.
The estimated time to reach the top 10 for those keywords according my SEO experience is two months for new domain and one month for 1+ years old domain.

BTW: How the estimated time to reach the top 10 for all keywords affect the estimated outsourcing budget?
The project parts that I want to outsoure are:
  • Sale & opt-in pages
  • Email Marketing
  • Link Building
  • Content
  • Design (Graphic)
My questions are:
  1. How do I know to estimate the outsourcing budget against the future ROI?
  2. What is more recommended? outsource parts of the SEO or to outsource the whole SEO?
  3. Is their any templates for interviewing outsourcing candidates in each part?
  4. Is their any contract templates for each project parts?
  5. I guess that the sky is the limit in refer to the sale page that I want to the website design and of course dreams cost money. How do I know what kind of sale page fit to my new project? How many emails I should request? ...
  6. I received in the past bids for one of my projects from $50 to $200 and from 10 days estimated time to a month. How will I know that the offer that I will receive is expensive or not? If the estimated time is fair enough or no?
