Which Would You Prefer a DVD or PPV?

I need to know what what your preference is on
a video I'm about to launch.

How would prefer to promote it to your list?

#1. Buy a membership for a certain amount for so many
views a month and give your list a ticket to view it.
If you use up your views before the end of the month
you can pay a certain amount per view for as many
views needed. Get paid on your list membership.

#2. Buy a DVD shipped to you door and promote it to
your list by means of a two tier affiliate program.

I run a video site that offers pay per view. It's really pay for a certain length of time, but that didn't sound good as a domain name.

As a user, I would rather pay for, say ten days of viewing time, rather than three views.

Of course, during those ten days, I may only watch it once, so it may not even matter. Just depends on general perception of the offer.

And I would rather view online than wait for a DVD. Unless you offer online viewing plus DVD.

I agree. I would rather be able to watch it online now, and then know the DVD is coming in the mail.

I'm not sure what you're asking about buying a membership as a JV partner. Your question is unclear to me.

Hope that helps a little. Anytime you can keep it simple, that will generally do better.
