Nice info on Offline Marketing, only thing I would not advise is the outsourcing part. If you really have no knowledge about how seo works then why would you hire someone to it for you? This is to big of a gamble for newbies to try, the reason I say that is because unless they know someone they can trust to get the job done it will most likely be a waste of profit. I get tons of emails everyday from different companies wanting me to outsource my projects to them, and of course I never do. Why? I don't know them, so therefore I don't trust them. There are too many shady outsourcing companies that will add stupid code and God forbid a virus to either you or clients website, it's just not worth the gamble if you are new to the game.

IMHO newbies should not be trying to take on clients until they have solid knowledge about how seo really works. They should practice on their own websites first and get some hands on experience. Once they have a good feel for it and understand all of the basics and maybe a few advanced tricks, then they will be ready to offer their services to other companies. No sense in embarrassing your self or your new found company.
